Parmesan Garlic Dressing

Parmesan Garlic Dressing

Dressings can totally make or break a salad. This one is creamy and garlicky and can make not only salad taste better, but any veggie, chip, or even pizza crust dipped into it. And it’s on regular rotation here (probably about a third of the time this, a third of the time it’s my fattoush dressing, and a third of the time an herb dressing, which will be posted soon).

This dressing takes only a few ingredients and less than 5 minutes to make.

Parmesan Garlic Dressing

A creamy, garlicky dressing that is wonderful in salads or as a dip for veggie sticks, a drizzle on pizza, or straight from a spoon.
